Description

The Beetles are black, parallel-sided, and nearly 18 mm long, resembling some ground beetles in size and colour. The larvae are distinctive, being honey yellow in colour with a smooth, shiny, hard, cylindrical (wormlike) body about 3 mm wide and up to 28 mm long at maturity.
